Former Employee Working at Luxury Presence was a rollercoaster of highs and lows. I spent 2 1/2 years there as a top performer but saw inconsistent leadership, having 5-6 different managers during my time. While leadership aimed to help, execution on new processes and tools often fell short, leaving us to figure things out on our own. Despite being promoted to AE, my base salary remained very low, even though I had the same quota as others with higher pay. As an AE, outbound tasks remained the same, you have to “earn” SDR/inbound opportunities . Although they’ve made improvements to their commission structure, new challenges persist. It's a good stepping stone for those willing to put in the hard work and get some experience.
