Fast-pace, changing environment. Adaptability is key to succeed. Upper leadership is not always in alignment and tends to change up the game/rules too much. Those who are able to adapt and persevere will win. Despite this, there are great managers there that really care. Earning potential is high, but it won't come easy. It takes about 6 months to ramp, and you have to really GRIND to start performing consistently.
