My overall experience was positive. However, the direct sales team has struggled to get off the ground and operating at full capacity for years. There is lack of development of leaders on that team. The sdr team that I worked with had plenty of development since that is what the business is centered around, and the VP leader for several years had lots of experience outside of mB to pull from.

Every position here outside of SDRs are held on non-recoverable draws. The roles are intense with high quotas and tough to see commissions especially during a down market.
