The training I received at memoryBlue was top notch and I believe the role was a perfect entry level job out of college. I hit quota every month over an 11 month period and earned the title of Senior SDR after 6. The base compensation is low when you first begin, but quickly rises to a pretty standard pay after about 9 months.

Overall memoryBlue sells the idea of having a great culture, but do everything they can to take advantage of their employees. Low pay and terrible work-life balance. Exhaust every option before seriously consider working here.

The base salary is very low, but the company does offer many ways to earn a bonus outside of general quota attainment. This is especially true in the first 3 months of the role. Base salary can also increase drastically based on performance which is a huge upside for a hard worker who actually wants to build the skills to be an AE or AM.
