Modern Treasury still has a lot of growing to do. Growth within the sales org, better leadership is needed. Growth around product market fit, still trying to understand where and how they fit up-market. Growth (a lot of it) at the executive level, leadership is seriously lacking. And lastly, growth around company culture. MT employees, especially on the sales team, are not treated well.
