OTE has gone down the past 2 years. Targets unahievable and AEs no longer get their own SDRs. Set up to fail. Real shame because the overall culture and development opportunities are strong.

Terrible compensation - no one has any idea what their OTE is. When asked why our commission plans are so low, managers just laugh and say it comes from the board. 1 inbound lead. Less than 300 small accounts to go for in TAM. No process and managers can’t implement discipline.
