Terrible compensation - no one has any idea what their OTE is. When asked why our commission plans are so low, managers just laugh and say it comes from the board. 1 inbound lead. Less than 300 small accounts to go for in TAM. No process and managers can’t implement discipline. SDRs claiming they’re selling but they’re just changing packages on the billing platform and claiming it as net new. Complete mess. At least they have sorted out the diversity now

Way below average commission compensation (5% for SMB/MM). No incentive to do well but no one is hitting target anyway...

OTE has gone down the past 2 years. Targets unahievable and AEs no longer get their own SDRs. Set up to fail. Real shame because the overall culture and development opportunities are strong.
