Many peers do absolute bare minimum so other end up picking up the slack. Team leaders do what they can but have no product knowledge so hard to rely on them for assistance. Senior managers know even less

This bonus is only like $200 a month. They have lowered the starting pay and you are not able to negotiate. Complaints with HR are a waste of time. There are no real promotions.
