Accenture’s DIS side aka digital inside sales (previously N3) is a joke. The base salary is low . They tell you that you're gonna have a 10% bonus. This bonus is only like $200 a month. They have lowered the starting pay and you are not able to negotiate. Complaints with HR are a waste of time. There are no real promotions. And if you think you're gonna go over to the actual Accenture side , the chances are very slim. If you are a sales person look elsewhere or you will take a major pay decrease

Terrible pay. Terrible leadership. My sales skills have gone down since I’ve joined. My review does not reflect Accenture as a whole, just this division.

The company is not being honest to the client promoting numbers leaded activities even though if it’s fake. Also to their employées, trying to exploit both of them while keeping the minimum to avoid any legal liability if it comes to this.
