The compensation is there for the comp plan but reps only have 2 quarters to retire quota / user lics. on the deal sold. Limiting sales growth in the account (land and expand) before passing off to the CSM team. Makes it difficult to get the quota retirement from larger deals. more then 1k< users / licenses.

Nerdio recently got $500m in funding and hit $100m in ARR, yet they are doing mass layoffs. This company and it's leaders are some of the most toxic I've ever encountered. Company is in growth mode and has very high growth targets. Because of this, quotas are pretty unattainable and almost no one hits accelerators outlined in the comp structure. The overall culture is good though and smart people work here.
