A fast-growing company that’s very results-oriented and moves quickly, without a lot of BS. Generally speaking, people here are smart, driven, and friendly. It definitely found its own product-market fit. There are a lot of opportunities to grow, take on more ownership, and move up if you can deliver strong results. It’s probably not a place for people who just want comfort, but if you’re someone who likes to build, execute, and make impact, this is a great environment to be in.

New company in the restaurant POS space. Local to DFW area with a strong product but has growing pains. Lots of potential to move up as long as support stays strong for customers and reps.

My manager is great and supports me in every way needed. There is opportunity to make money with commission. Everything is outbound though, we still don’t receive inbound leads. When it comes to promotions, the company typically chooses others from an outside network rather than giving internal high performers chances to perform at higher levels in other roles.
