Extremely toxic culture and encourages a lot of fighting and back stabbing amongst the sales organizations. Very immature lead gen and marketing. Perficient has a lot to learn to compete with the big consulting firms. Management really doesn't understand the big metro markets.

Interesting experience to say the least. Seems like a strong market fit, but leadership managed to cause more roadblocks than anything else. Over performing against KPIs, letter of award for deal 2X annual quota, terminated for performance the following week without severance. (3 weeks after corporate training). 5X pipeline built in <5 months.
