Perficient has severely over estimated there market value by as much as 50 percent and because they didn't meet expectations lay-offs are taking place. Being new to the company and in a territory that had no market share they didn't want to wait to grow. Few and far between are existing accounts growing which is another over-estimated aspect of company growth.

There is a lot of internal friction but we have a new CEO as of 3/2025 so we will see if it gets better
