Current Employee If you would have asked me 1 year ago, every single rating above would have been 5 stars.
The company was on a grow at all costs mind set which promoted booking huge numbers of weekly meetings (averaging over 1K net new weekly meetings set across the SDR org).
However, as of 4 weeks ago, we went through a massive restructure focusing on Quality over Quantity in an effort to make the company as "profitable" on paper as quickly as possible.
This resulted in a major riff of over 150 team members effected.
In addition, to those that remained, a significant change in the compensation structure occurred.
Unfortunately I can not disclose what did occur - but to say that the Sales Dev team is being "rewarded" with this change would be a fallacy.
I don't believe that the company is hiring Sales Dev anymore at this point but I would also hesitate to apply until things change in the future.
