Former Employee Overall working at Placer.ai could be ok if you have the right manager and vertical. The current leads are over worked. In order to actually find time to prospect you will be required working night and weekends. Its just the ways of the toxic bro SDR culture at Placer. If you are white and lucky enough to get in the to the "Good Ole Boys" you might have a shot to move into a better role that isn't so micro managed. Personally it was a very eye opening opportunity that I was thankful for having because I know now what signs to look for in my next role. To each their own it wasnt a good Placer for me.
