Sales leadership is trying to stabilize after a large restructuring in January 2025 but there is a serious churn problem. Lots of people leaving from all levels of the organization.

Company has made changes in 2025 that make it difficult to sell. Comp structure is far less than market and it’s incredibly difficult to get new logos in almost every vertical. No changes from management to help and they don’t seem to even know there is a problem.
