Current Employee There are some great people and leaders at the company but the internal processes, inter-department communication, and structure are complete chaos. Sales used to be consistent but as of the decision to re-brand the sales are almost half what they used to be. Hard to predict the company trajectory but the product is still a market-leader and inbound lead flow is great compared to other sales orgs. Base salaries are decent and historically raises are given. Fully remote is nice.
