Overall experience at Procare was great until the VP left. They started wanting people to come in closer to five days a week and flexibility started becoming more scarce. There was not a whole lot of work life balance.

Legacy product in the industry but is very outdated. Very cut throat sales environment with no written ROE when it comes to PIPS or being let go. Little to no product training in onboarding and very little on going training once in role.
