Horrible. Management was a joke and only certain people get inbounds. No one can hit quota yet they change it to be higher. Upper leadership creates a toxic work environment, shaming and telling everyone that you are not cut out for the job. They recently lost the SDR team lead and have been in shambles.

Company I horrible to sales team and has unrealistic expectations. No time to ramp, expect to convert and make opportunities after 1 week without knowing the products. Overall, the experience has not met expectations. Compensation initially seemed attainable; however, after mass layoffs and leadership changes, the goalposts were moved when no one was hitting targets to begin with.
