Great base pay, but until the org gets its act together and puts sales at the forefront, and aligns to support clients and sales, it will not figure out who they are as a company and a GTM org.

Rackspace has a very strong Enterprise presence and catalog, and as an SMB rep it can be difficult to scope the offerings appropriately within the SMB, Commercial, & SUP space. Like with most sales jobs, your manager decides how easy your life will be and I’ve been fortunate enough to have great managers during my tenure.
