extreme micro managing by people who have never done sales - clawbacks take away 45% of your OTE earnings meaning you really only make about $80k a year if you hit goal every month. They expect you to work on Saturdays. Some of the other reps snake deals and management uses this as a way to make the environment more competitive. The attrition rate is sky high with basically 2% of the new hires (every other month) staying longer than 4 months. Overall, 2.2/5

A literal call center. They track everything you do. You can only take so many bathroom breaks before they get on you. The product sucks and a lot of former realtors have had a bad experience buying our lead gen products.
