The leadership of the company, particularly the CEO, is steering the organization in a concerning direction. While the company is diverse, the metrics and expectations have become increasingly difficult to meet, creating an overwhelming work environment. I could go into great detail about the challenges here, but if you're hired, you'll quickly see for yourself. Consider this a warning—avoid this opportunity if you can. Used to be great. Leadership kills any morale by treating us like cattle and adding several unnecessary layers of complexity and micromanagement in the most extreme ways possible. Not a hard sale but made difficult by leadership. Used to pay pretty well. You can crush quota and get reprimanded for not following 1 of 35 (actually 35+) tracked metrics and kpi’s

Positive, if you are willing to make the calls and accept the process you can make a lot of money. The turnover is very high as there is a steep learning curve.
