My overall experience was that it’s a job not a career. They multipliers on which your sales are configured into your Commission are manipulated every month. There are 44 kpi to manage and stay in line with. Upper management is disconnected from reality. I highly recommend working elsewhere where unless you are desperate for money. Your checks won’t bounce because Rdc is great at burning customers.

I had a decent experience, it is cold calling with the opportunity to get some inbound leads depending on how well you do. The managers are great and are here to help but the job is not for everybody.
