Former Employee Difficult product to sell due to lack of product advancement and large competition space. The gap only got bigger with players like AWS, GCP, & Azure replicating the product. Leadership created a highly toxic environment that leads to large turnover rates. Align or resign is the mantra for the sales organization, especially for the Austin office. Once a great company with a great product with great people has now turned into a landscape you can't grow. No ability to move from Mid-Market to Enterprise. The proof is in the the last 5 years no U.S. Mid-Market rep has made it to the Enterprise team even when surpassing quota by 2x.
