It's been good enough to keep me around. I don't want to say too much about my experience here as I still work here. Hoping it will all be worth it, should we IPO. The leadership is doing a lot to minimize costs and maximize work. Definitely boiler room, but I understand they're trying to get a company to IPO that's failed to get over that hump several times now. If you're looking for a challenge with the chance of being a part of something special (IPO) this is a great spot. If you're wanting to find a company that isn't expecting much from you. It's not Redis

If sales leaders are measured on quota attainment, talent retention, and professionalism, corporate leadership has missed the mark on all fronts. Time to acknowledge the corporate leadership change was a failed experiment and make better decisions on the type of people brought in moving forward.
