It's been good enough to keep me around. I don't want to say too much about my experience here as I still work here. Hoping it will all be worth it, should we IPO. The leadership is doing a lot to minimize costs and maximize work. Questionable leadership and strategy for corporate inside sales team in APAC - with heavy politics. Some people get promoted despite not achieving quota due to favoritism and politics. Global leadership is decent - corp leadership in APAC is questionable with high turnover. Please beware!
