Worldclass product, sales org is going to through a revamp with a new CEO, CRO, VP of Sales and new Sales Management. Previous sales leadership were lackluster, sales org did not match how well the product is in the market, and is now bridging the gap. New comp plan, OTE structure, variable pay, commissions, and bonuses are extremely generous. They designed it for you to want to hit quota and exceed your number!

The critical feedback isn’t coming from disgruntled employees, but a warning from those that don’t want others to fall into the same trap. Sellers are consistently told stories of old wins/large deals closed by “leaders” at past companies with no coaching or actionable items outside of an odd brag.
