Current Employee The critical feedback isn’t coming from disgruntled employees, but a warning from those that don’t want others to fall into the same trap.
Sellers are consistently told stories of old wins/large deals closed by “leaders” at past companies with no coaching or actionable items outside of an odd brag. This group has failed upward and lost touch with reality.
The egocentric culture permeates into your life (7am to 7pm) with a barrage of phone calls, emails, and texts acting as tests to your commitment to the cult-like methodology they preach. Creativity and independence are barred from existence and anything outside of the imaginary parameters is logged as insubordination. Redis is a waste of time and effort. For young sellers, you will learn habits that will be detrimental to your professional career.
Your calendar will be actively screenshotted and filed away for the day they force you out. This wildly inefficient practice doesn’t matter as it has been made clear that leadership faces no recourse for their actions.
Forget birthdays, anniversaries, trips and anything that doesn’t revolve around PG. You will be blamed for failures outside of your control, and receive no recognition for success because it is the expectation.
