The new leadership would rather hire external hires with no database experience than actually trained SDRs that are hitting their metrics. They cutoff RSUs for new employees and switched the SDR org from salary to hourly. Not good signs for a “rocketship” of a company. Marketing is bled dry, SDRs...Read More
