Career development at the company is lacking in structure and transparency. Promotions often appear to be influenced more by personal relationships than by merit or performance. This has created a perception of favoritism within the organization, particularly from line management and senior leadership (CRO). It’s disheartening to see strong performance and attainment go unrecognized, which can be demotivating for high performers and damaging to overall morale.

Do you own due diligence before joining the mid-market Asia team. Bad leadership with lack of knowledge in Asia market.
