Former Employee Do you own due diligence before joining the mid-market Asia team. Bad leadership with lack of knowledge in Asia market. The current manager is based in India with little Asia (ex India) sales experience and very little executive connections. No coaching and micro managing.
Suck up to senior leadership and get promoted despite the whole team not achieving. Lots of turn overs in last 12 months.
