I've worked at Redis for ~15 months. We have undergone significant changes in order to grow the company during that time. Notably new leaders in every C-suite role and within the leadership teams that fall under them. Most have come from great backgrounds at winning sales orgs such as AppD, MongoDB, zScaler and Hashi. The culture that has been built with the new leadership team has been fantastic. It's been collaborative and engaging as we continue to expand into new markets (notably GenAI architecture as a vector DB). I have been very happy with my role at Redis and recommend anyone seeking to grow their career take a serious look at Redis.
