I gave quota a high attainment because there is no quota. The recoverable draw is $2500/month and there are reps several years in that still have months that dont cover the draw. Management does not care about the individual reps and treats them as replaceable. The product has a high demand and the company provides leads but they are mostly lendingtree leads and our turn times and rates are not very good. CEO is absent and will talk down to anybody who presents an opinion when he graces the team with his presence. Overall I would not recommend someone work here ever. The numbers they tell you when recruiting are all made up and unrealistic. Most classes of reps are lucky to graduate with one rep remaining because once people see how the shop is run they run away. Frankly, I could see this company going under in less than 12 months considering how abysmal our recent fundraising round went. The company didn't even want to release an announcement about it.

Pros - great product fit, help alot of homeowners and it feels good - 10-15 inbound leads per day (50% warm, 50% trigger) Cons - zero sales culture - not interested in paying out top performers or having long term sales reps. top performers get their comp plan modified and pipeline reduced, not emboldended to keep growing and get a team going - Maybe 15% of the sales...Read More

Poor training and lack of leadership. Unethical practices and unsustainable management with high turnover. Never received a raise but always got a higher workload. Everything with this company is inconsistent except for negligent way they treat employees.
