My overall experience was poor. The CEO, Pouyan, constantly talked about of both sides of his mouth. He will talk crap about other colleagues so trust that he is talking crap about you. The product was loved by AE's but Scratchpad struggled to add value to the businesses those AE's worked for. I didn't see any Sales reps. who worked at Scratchpad be able to meet their quota or OTE. This place is bad news. Please take all of the warnings on RepVue and Glassdoor seriously.

Anxiety riddled with unrealistic expectations. Unattainable quotas are based on average deal size and a bottom-up approach with SDR and freemium users. Overcomplicated sales process, making it challenging to move dealers forward. Eventually, it turned into a show and tell with no discovery.

Horrible experience, check out Glassdoor. They had great people there but, executive leadership was a joke. Sales was an afterthought but, they expected the most from sales. After it all, they laid off the entire sales team.
