Overall experience has been a bit chaotic. Feels like working at a startup. Tons of changes for better and for worse. Have witnessed two layoffs in my time here, the founder and CEO leaving, the entire sales org getting restructured, and the quota and KPIs changing. On the positives - good front line management, great culture for the most part, and solid base pay.

Segment has raised quotas for H2 an obscene amount. The new quota was only hit by one NA ENT rep in H1 and amounts to a 10% pay cut. Short sighted move by a company pushing for more AE pipe gen because they can't figure out how to message in ways that will resonate with the market.
