Terrible management, non-existent training, terrible product, and horrid coworkers. Simpro was the worst job I have ever held. Most of the people are toxic and will do anything to make their peers look bad in order to advance themselves. The VP of NA Sales is sexist towards men when selling into a male dominated industry. She threatened to fire the men on the team weekly and blamed the men on the team for her shortcomings. She would kill my deals in order to cover herself. The CEO is an arrogant tech guy that had never done anything in the trades and offered zero support. The only time he would talk to us was to crap on us for lack of performance. No one on the team hit their number and nobody will for the for seeable future. It was the biggest mistake of my career to go to Simpro and I regret it. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Leadership is an absolute joke. Have no idea how they got 300M in funding but product is awful and not user friendly. Inbound lead funnel aka marketing was a joooooooooooooke, omg. My niece who is 12 years old could do a better job as the Director of Marketing. Company loves to waste money on Chili Piper.
