I absolutely love working at Simpro. Joining this company has been the best career move I’ve ever made — hands down. The product is strong and sells itself, the sales culture is collaborative and supportive, and the leadership team is phenomenal. Our post-sales support team is world-class, and everyone genuinely celebrates each other’s wins. The pay is strong and competitive too. What excites me most is seeing our customers truly experience the value of Simpro. When it all clicks, it really clicks — I’ve had four customers recently reach out to tell me they went live ahead of schedule and absolutely love the platform. Simpro is entering a period of hyper-growth, and the future looks incredibly bright. I’m proud to be part of this journey.

Terrible management, non-existent training, terrible product, and horrid coworkers. Simpro was the worst job I have ever held. Most of the people are toxic and will do anything to make their peers look bad in order to advance themselves. The VP of NA Sales is sexist towards men when selling into a male dominated industry. She threatened to fire the men on the team...Read More

Challenging but rewarding. Due to a significantly large B series investment management is struggling to find it’s feet with scalability of an international market and a failing partner strategy. Good bunch of folks though and a great product when implemented correctly with the correct change management.
