The worst sales org I have ever seen. They have an SDR style leader with no experience as the VP. Terrible micromanagement leadership. RUN!

Joined in Q1 2025, only has gone down hill since then. No quota has been given to SDRs since Q1. Commission payments are supposedly paid out "quarterly", however some were missing more than 50% of it when we got paid out 6 months late. Leadership hasn't given any guidance to AEs or SDRs on KPIs or quota attainment from past quarters. Product has potential but the...Read More
