Unfortunately, there was little to no path to promotion. This made it extremely difficult to stay motivated. The compensation for internal promotions was laughable. Overall, I loved the tool but it's just not worth it.

Pre-IPO software vendor, going through the normal startup disruptions, detours and delays. Have a first-rate security database, products are still maturing. Robust marketing efforts and millions of open source developers (AKA "future customers") using the free version make this a "when", not "if" application security company.

Snyk is a great place to work if you have the right territory and a little bit of luck. Large SDR team that was not managed that well. The MM segment was for sure their most underperforming segment.
