We just got a new CRO, so things are shifting as I write this review. There is allot of change and innovation, Snyk is leading the DevSecOps space as well as the AI Security around AppDev so they move with lots of speed.

Unfortunately, there was little to no path to promotion. This made it extremely difficult to stay motivated. The compensation for internal promotions was laughable. Overall, I loved the tool but it's just not worth it.

Snyk is a great place to work if you have the right territory and a little bit of luck. Large SDR team that was not managed that well. The MM segment was for sure their most underperforming segment.
