Current Employee The product was one of the first disrupters in the space and overall it’s quite good and well respected.
The company grew incredibly fast and still had a great culture throughout all the changes. Enablement is good, the product is good, and the pay is good too.
Like any place when things are going well, they’re great. Lately though there’s been changes that don’t necessarily feel fair to certain sales reps.
Some leaders are amazing and others aren’t as focused on their team. Some lead with coaching and others are slightly toxic and rude to reps.
Overall it’s a great place to work. It can just feel like there isn’t a lot or support from leadership when your deals don’t come through.
