Good product but has lost some ground to competitors. Strong culture at the frontline but leadership team is definitely disconnected from reality at times. Still a decent place but very focused on going public in the next 12 months.

I've learned a ton while working here. I think the company still has room to grow, and with new leadership things can improve. There were some big riffs earlier in the year, and some people have left. However, the company is still growing, and things are getting better.
