Other than the the energy branch, pretty much every branch in Germany is cutting costs, hence the need for freelance providers is decreasing more and more.

In the service provider business Solcom is truly a gem. Great culture and a fair und good compensation structure. Yet the lack inbound and putting importance in creating intel on interesting prospects and the lack of use of technology is pretty outdated in my opinion and could greatly improve the experience as a sales rep.
