Current Employee I've recently joined Sprinto, and my experience so far has been fantastic. The product-market fit is exceptional, and the depth of the product is impressive. There's no micromanagement; as long as you perform your tasks well, you're given the freedom to work independently. Plus, the ability to work remotely is a significant advantage. The best part of being a salesperson at Sprinto is that with the necessary hard work, you'll meet your targets and earn your full compensation.And there is also room for overachievement. In short, Sprinto offers a great product, a good culture, and strong earning potential. However, the base compensation could be a bit more competitive with market standards.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you are able to see the impact of your hard work on your take home. We believe setting realistic targets, giving flexibility at work and pushing learning makes up for more than just pushing up compensation initially. We will however continue to look at our compensation to quota ratios and correct the same. All the very best crushing your quota.
