Huge difference in base salary between internal promoted and external hired. Overall package was good, but the perspective for personal development was limited. Company changes a lot and so does the sales department

Unfortunate because the product isn’t bad and the majority of the individuals at the company are great. Just a total lack of proper communication and operational efficiency from leadership at HQ… huge decisions on leadership changes being made abruptly with seemingly no realistic contingency plan in place to achieve already unrealistic growth targets.
