Former Employee2.1Sep 29, 2023Before STOVA, Aventri was a good company to work for... Were their growing pains, of course, but this last joint acquisition was brutal. It sadly was hard on STOVA team and inturn, the clients. The mismanagement started at the top and then trickled down. There is no culture or trust left internally as they changed the strategic trajectory 10+ times.
