Current Employee The direction this company is heading is very unclear, and seems to change at every meeting. Each leader has a different opinion/vision so we get tons of mixed messaging. Also, the commission is "at the discretion of the CEO" so some reps are just not getting commission at all if the CEO doesn't want to pay it. Overall, it doesn't feel like Straker supports or values its employees.
