How do you assess the effectiveness of the sales leadership at strongDM in terms of mentoring and growth opportunities? Based on your personal experience with the sales management team, would you recommend a sales role at strongDM?

The sales leadership has turned over since the questions was asked in July, I can share some comments regarding effectiveness and experience.

Our sales leadership team is focused on providing professional growth opportunities for our entire sales organization with an emphasis on operational discipline, adoption of MEDDPIC, improved discovery/qualification and sales process. We actively coach our sellers through feedback on Gong and other applications.

1+2 = the sales leadership turns over yearly, reps quarterly!. StrongDM is an also ran in the space, so its VCs have a horse in the "cloud native" IAM/ Zero Trust race. Can you afford to gamble like Doug Leone?!
