Workday/UKG eating symplr's lunch in the workforce/talent areas. Quality solution only available on prem is a huge detriment to selling new installs.

Symplr struggled to align with the companies they acquired and structure the sales organization to provide a clear vision of success. They grew too fast, acquired sub par solutions and pushed out top talent all in the name of selling to the highest bidder.
