Symplr struggled to align with the companies they acquired and structure the sales organization to provide a clear vision of success. They grew too fast, acquired sub par solutions and pushed out top talent all in the name of selling to the highest bidder. Hitting quota is reserved for a select few who have cherry picked the best accounts. Someday symplr will be a big grown up company who can live up to the size of the booths they purchase at conferences.

My overall experience was fine. There's an opportunity to make money in this role, but the challenge is selling software and products they have had little to no improvements in the last 5-10 years. Most of the software is lagging compared with competitors.
