Please see Glassdoor reviews. Tovuti could be something special with the right leadership team. Product is hard to use. CEO is all over the place and misses the mark to motivate his staff and follow the company’s core values that he put in place. Management by fear is the recipe used. Salary and comp reduction across sales and other departments is common.
